I left home at the age of sixteen after being abused by my mother from birth. I spent time in the Irish and British Merchant Navies traveling all over the world. I finally came to the United States over twenty years ago. I ran my own home renovations business for most of that time but had to stop in 2005 because of back problems attributable to the child abuse. I then set up an Irish products store to continue to make a living. My partner in the business is Thomas O'Shea a Philadelphia born second generation Irishman. He is a 1971 graduate of St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. He handles purchasing, accounting and the web site for me.
